1. License Grant & Fair Use
SimpleViewer grants individuals a free, non-exclusive license to use the Free Starter Plan on up to 3 personal unattended computers. Commercial organizations, IT helpdesks, and Managed Service Providers (MSPs) supporting third-party or corporate endpoints must subscribe to an active Pro, Business Unlimited, or Enterprise plan.
2. Authorized Access Only
You may only connect to computers that you own or have explicit authorization from the system owner to access. Any use of SimpleViewer for unauthorized intrusion, malware distribution, or social engineering is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate device and account revocation.
3. Billing, Upgrades & Refunds
Paid subscriptions are billed monthly or annually in advance and include a 14-day money-back satisfaction guarantee for first-time subscribers.
